Barry Sullivan
Barry Sullivan is a senior attorney in the Litigation Department in the firm's Los Angeles office.
Mr. Sullivan specializes in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation. His experience ranges from simple cases involving the imposition of receiverships on real property to complex cases involving business torts such as trademark infringement, breach of the implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, breach of fiduciary duty, reformation of contracts, and breach of contract.
Mr. Sullivan is experienced in all aspects of litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, law and motion work, trial, appeal, and alternative dispute resolution.
